ping/mtr看 延迟 和 丢包，重点测晚高峰。 - 测速：到三网的下载速率。

mtr/traceroutetargeting each of China Telecom, Unicom, and Mobile, and check which network path is used (seeing59.43in the hops means CN2). See China carrier return routes for details. - Latency / packet loss: Use
ping/mtrto check latency and packet loss — especially during evening peak hours. - Speed test: Measure download speed to each of the three carriers.
