逛社区常见 SS、VLESS、Trojan、Reality、Hysteria 这些词，它们都是网络代理协议，设计目标无非”高效传输 + 不易被识别”。本文只科普概念与区别，不含任何搭建 / 配置教程。
它们分别是什么
- Shadowsocks（SS）：早期流行的轻量加密代理，简单高效。
- V2Ray / VMess、VLESS：更灵活的协议框架；VLESS 比 VMess 更轻量，常配合不同传输层使用。
- Trojan：把流量伪装成普通 HTTPS，靠”看起来像正常网站访问”来降低被识别概率。
- Reality：较新的方案，借用真实大站的 TLS 指纹来抗主动探测，且不需要自己的域名证书。
- Hysteria：基于 QUIC / UDP，在弱网、高 丢包 环境下表现较好。
区别看哪几点
主要差异在：加密方式、流量伪装手段、传输层（TCP / UDP）、抗探测能力、以及速度表现。没有”绝对最好”，看网络环境和需求。

If you spend time in tech communities you’ll keep seeing SS, VLESS, Trojan, Reality, and Hysteria — all of these are network proxy protocols, designed with one goal: “efficient transmission + hard to detect.” This article covers the concepts and differences only. No setup or configuration tutorials are included.
What Each One Is
- Shadowsocks (SS): An early and widely adopted lightweight encrypted proxy. Simple and efficient.
- V2Ray / VMess, VLESS: A more flexible protocol framework. VLESS is lighter than VMess and is commonly paired with various transport layers.
- Trojan: Disguises traffic as ordinary HTTPS, reducing the chance of detection by looking like normal website traffic.
- Reality: A newer approach that borrows the TLS fingerprint of a real major website to resist active probing — and requires no domain certificate of your own.
- Hysteria: Based on QUIC / UDP, it performs well in poor network conditions with high packet loss.
Key Differences to Look At
The main differences lie in: encryption method, traffic obfuscation technique, transport layer (TCP / UDP), resistance to active detection, and speed. There is no single “best” option — it depends on your network environment and needs.
