BGP is the routing protocol that decides which path your data takes. BGP multi-homing means the data center connects to multiple carriers simultaneously and can automatically route each visitor over the best available path — China Telecom users go via Telecom, Unicom users via Unicom, with no compromises.

The Benefit

Users on all three of China’s major carriers get routed through their own network without detours. You don’t get the “great for Telecom, but Unicom has to take a long way around” problem.
